Cake wasn’t always in the career plan though and was something I ‘fell’ into after making a birthday cake for a family member and the rest, they say, is history. However, I have always been creative and showed a real interest in fashion and design from a young age. As a child, I was always drawing and painting, designing clothes was a favourite! This would eventually lead me going on to study textiles and fashion design.

After graduating, I worked for a knitwear manufacturer where one of my favourite roles was colour matching, this was where my true passion for colour would be realised. Some 20 years on, this natural skill of creating colours and colour palettes would once again be my favourite role but in a completely different capacity – cake art!

Not only do I pride myself on creating you a beautiful cake, I can vouch that they taste incredible too!! I also love being a part of your wedding day or celebration, it brings me so much joy hearing how much you love your cake!
